The Sacred Feminine is Everything to Me

The Sacred Feminine - the Goddess, Sophia Wisdom, Mother Earth, Gaia, Aphrodite - is a major force in my spiritual journey. I experience Her as the energizing Flow of Life, the One who is present within the excitement I feel upon encountering the beauty of a plant, animal or landscape. It is She who dwells within every aha!-experience of insight that suddenly puts all things into joyful perspective. It is She who inhabits my desire for union and communion with all beings, and who animates the interconnections composing the vast web of life. The Goddess reveals Her presence as the source of all form, color, energy, emotion and thought, and it is Her seeming resistance to my goals that makes me step out and prove myself. What would I be without the Goddess? It is She who animates all of my photography and every spiritual reflection I write. Without Her, life would seem insipid and colorless. For the Goddess is ALL.
