The Courage of Ladybugs

I am always amazed at the courage of ladybugs. Whenever I pick one up and carry it from one place to another, I'm aware that it could fly off at any time if it wanted to. However, more often than not, the ladybug simply withdraws into its shell for a few moments until it feels safe to come out again. This behavior is instructive to us as well, for it reminds us to MOVE WITHIN to find peace, strength and insight whenever we feel threatened, without necessarily having to remove ourselves from the situation.
